1. Where are you based?

 I am based in Goa, known for its stunning beaches, vibrant culture, and delicious cuisine. Being a Goan, I can guide you to the best locations for your shoots.

2. Who will shoot our wedding?

 I, Chetana Bhat, will personally photograph your wedding to maintain quality and consistency, supported by two lead photographers to document every detail.

3. How big is your team?

 The team size depends on your wedding requirements. Typically, a team of 5 is sufficient for photos and film. For larger weddings, we can scale up to a team of 10.

4. Do you offer wedding films?

 Yes, films can be included upon request to add a cinematic touch to your wedding story. Starting in 2023, films are offered only when specifically requested, with photography as the main focus.

5. What are your charges?

• Photography starts at INR 75,000/day for two photographers.

• Films start at INR 85,000/day for two cinematographers.

We have three distinct packages designed to suit different wedding needs. These can be shared upon request to help you select the one that fits your requirements. Customization is available for multi-day events, guest size, or shorter durations.

6. How do you define the hours of coverage in your packages? Can the hours be split across different time slots on the same day?

The hours of coverage are calculated as continuous hours within the same day. Splitting hours into different time slots (e.g. 10am to 1pm and 7pm to 12am) is not possible for hourly coverage, as it requires the entire day exclusively for your event. This is considered a full-day booking (upto 10 hours of coverage)

For events requiring less than 6 hours of coverage, custom pricing is available on the shorter duration.

7. Are packages negotiable?

 Our pricing reflects the quality of our work, effort, and resources. However, I’d be happy to discuss options to fit your budget.

8. When should we book you?

 Ideally, book 3 months in advance. For popular dates, bookings can close 6 months ahead, so it’s best to confirm early.

9. How do we book you?

 After reviewing my portfolio, contact me via WhatsApp at +91 9673 101333. A 50% retainer fee and signed contract are required to secure your dates.

10. Do you cover weddings outside Goa & what are the prices?

 Yes, I am available worldwide. Packages remain the same, excluding travel, accommodation, and visa costs, if applicable.

11. What are the deliverables & delivery timelines?

You receive sneak peek of curated images within 15 days after the wedding.

Final full set of edited images & wedding films are delivered between 2 to 4 months depending on the packages you choose.
